our client, beginning in July 1995 by setting up a plant to produce 25 tons/month of Phthalocyanine pigments (Chemicals).
Job Description
Require a senior quality in charges for the lab. Need the below qualification for the post of quality in charges in the plant situated at Sonepat Rohtak Road, Kharkhoda Distt Sonepat:-
• Should able to perform and supervise following routine tests of general chemical nature:-
• Acidic/Alkaline strength of various solutions
• Preparation of solutions for standardization
• To find metal content such as copper, iron etc of powders
• To perform all tests on water i.e. pH, TDS, TSS, harnesses, alkalinity, BOD, COD etc.
• Should have very good knowledge of Iodimetric titrations
• Should be able to use KF apparatus, UV spectrometer, colorimeter, Viscometers etc.
• Must have knowledge of testing of pigments i.e. should able to use Muller test to find strength, vibro-shaker, Two roll mill, Injection moulding machine
• Must have knowledge of Filter Pressure value test
• Must be conversant with international standards for exporting pigments such as American and European standards
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be MSc in Chemistry with minimum 10 years experience in masterbatch manufacturing, CPC, pigments industries.
