In 1998, our very own “Mr Cool”, Arvind Dev took over SSJ Solutions. Arvind nurtured the system with the discipline of an Army man, the entrepreneurship of IIM-alumni, the intellect of a banker and the playfulness and coolness of a golfer. We have been experiencing explosive growth under his leadership. A product of Modern School, he graduated with Maths (Hons) from St Stephen’s College supplemented with an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He has worked with varied clients that are experiencing significant growth and change and helped them effectively implement new strategies and achieve sustainable results across segments such as BFSI, IT/ITES, Industrial, Investment banking and worked with C-level executives in UK and India. He was a Manager with SBI for eight years and has hands on people management and managerial experience. He can be seen on the golf course on weekends trying to achieve a single digit handicap and adding to his golf trophies.

Dr Jayant Mukherjee is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU. He did his Fellow Programme in Management (equivalent to PhD) from IIM Ahmedabad. He has over two decades of rich and varied experience in teaching, consultancy, training & development, research, and content development.

He has taught at various leading management institutes in India, including three years as a regular faculty member at XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has consulted a wide gamut of organisations spanning several sectors and industries. He is also an executive coach. He has a rich experience in the skilling domain.

Jayant is passionate about animals and birds. He is fond of painting, photography, and literature. He has held a couple of art exhibitions for charitable purposes. He has directed plays for city audiences.

His first book, ‘Designing Human Resource Management Systems: A Leader’s Guide’, published by Response Books SAGE Publications, received critical acclaim by academicians and practitioners in India and abroad. His next book is due for publication in 2017. SSJ is proud to have him as an advisor.
